Free Shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States on Orders Over $100
• Enjoy FREE standard shipping to both Puerto Rico and the United States on orders totaling $100 or more.

Lost or Damaged Products in Transit:
All our shipments are FOB (Free On Board) Origin and originate from our warehouse located in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. While we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your products, we cannot guarantee the performance of the shipping company. However, we are committed to assisting our customers in resolving deficiencies in third-party shipping services. Please note that we are not responsible for such deficiencies. We strongly encourage our customers to contact the appropriate post office for their delivery.

Processing Time:
• All orders require 48 business hours for processing, regardless of the chosen shipping option.
• We process and ship orders from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
• Please note that even if you choose an express shipping option, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the postal service.

Important Information:
• Standard and express shipping costs, as well as any third-party fees such as shipping insurance, are non-refundable.
• We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
• Providing accurate and complete shipping and billing information is crucial to avoid processing delays. Inaccurate or incomplete data may result in an additional processing time of 1-2 business days.
• While most packages are typically delivered to your mailbox or front door, the final decision on whether to leave a package outdoors is at the discretion of the delivery courier. If they deem it unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or reschedule delivery.
• To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend specifying a shipping address where you or a trusted individual will be available to accept the package. Consider using a work address or a friend's address if necessary.

Disclaimer for Incorrect Address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We make every effort to expedite processing and shipping times; therefore, there is a small window to cancel or change your order or modify the shipping address. If you decide to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please call us at (787) 787-9090 as soon as you place your order, from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are variable time limits in which we can make these modifications.

In the event that the package or order is returned to us by the post office due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, our only option is to wait for the package to be delivered to us to take the corresponding actions. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we offer the option to reship it to the correct customer address. It is important to note that this service carries an additional cost, which must be borne by the customer, as we would need to acquire a second postage stamp to ensure delivery to the updated address. We will be happy to provide this additional service, or if you prefer, offer a full refund in accordance with our standard procedures and warranty policies.

Delivered but Not Received:
All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier companies at the respective numbers or location to investigate this issue.

We cannot be held responsible for packages where the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to your order address. We also encourage our customers to opt for package insurance instead. If you have previously experienced package loss or theft at your place of residence, we recommend having your package delivered to a work address instead to ensure safe and hassle-free receipt.
